A Sewage Treatment Plant and Soakaway installation has been completed in Great Missenden. This work was required to replace the old Septic Tank/failed Soakaway system on site. The Marsh Industries unit is suitably sized for the property. It will discharge the treated effluent into our newly drilled Soakaway borehole.
We mobilised all machinery and equipment to site and in an agreed location we excavated for and installed the new unit. We excavated on the outlet of the newly installed plant and installed a suitable length of gravity outfall to a new headworks chamber. At this point our Drilling Team arrived on site to carry out the soakaway installation. Our team drilled and construct the new borehole soakaway. We excavated down onto the existing gravity inlet pipework to the existing Septic Tank, installed a manhole and a new gravity inlet into the newly installed plant. We then installed a new gravity foul drain run to the inlet chamber of the Sewage Treatment Plant.
We worked against the winter elements on this job, as access was across a ploughed field.
