A Sewage Treatment Plant has been installed to serve a four bedroom property in Pyrton, Oxfordshire. This modern Sewage Treatment Plant replaces the old Septic Tank unit on site. Our aim was to install this new unit and link up to the existing soakaway. It was necessary to have access for plant and machinery to the garden of this property via adjacent farmland.
In an agreed location we excavated for and installed the Marsh Industries unit. We then excavated down on to the outlet of the new Plant and installed a new short pumping main, to a newly installed pumped to gravity manhole, and a new section of land drain across the garden to link up with the existing drainage field. We also excavated down onto the foul drainage run to the old Septic Tank, and constructed a change of run and new gravity run to the inlet of the new Sewage Treatment Plant.
The garden of this property was beautifully manicured and we very careful to minimise deep rutting etc, see final photograph of the completed work.
