Marsh septic tank and entire drainage field had to be installed in a confined garden with only a side access pathway. We carefully removed and stored for reuse the ornate fence panel and was able to get a small micro digger into the garden.
The main bulk of this work was carried out by hand by our very determined drainage crew. The geology was solid rock chalk which had to be predominately broken up using compressed air jack hammers.
Upon completion the customer was delighted as we had succeeded in our project with minimum disruption and a lot of good old fashioned manpower. We were informed that he had obtained a couple of other quotations and that they both required access for at least a minimum 5 ton excavator.
